Hmmmm . . . Feeling better?

For as much as I have been hating the daily puking episodes the past 2 weeks, I have to say that NOT puking is equally worrisome. I know morning sickness is supposed to ease up after 10 weeks, but it does make me nervous to be feeling so . . . . normal! I'm so ready to be able to share this with rest of the world! I've been having a difficult time hiding the pregnancy (my body is just ready to pop), but this week I'm planning to tell a few more friends.

Another baby picture!

Today we had another ultrasound! Not to crank and complain, but the ultrasound tech showed up to work over an hour late AGAIN. The staff was fairly rude, and the doctor just made excuses for everything. We told her we would be leaving the practice - I really have had enough of the way this office is run.

Luckily, Elliot and I were stopped short in our complaining when the ultrasound began. We couldn't believe how much the baby has grown over the past few weeks. Elliot was watching the screen, and when he saw the baby, his jaw dropped and he said "It looks like a baby and it is moving!!" I can't believe I'm actually 10 weeks pregnant already! On another good note - my previously enlarged and cysty ovary seems to have returned to "almost" normal.

Another toilet-hugging day

Yes, today is another toilet-hugging day. I'm NOT feeling well this afternoon. To top it all off, I got a call from my OB - apparently, I have a urinary tract infection, too. I'm glad they caught it, but at the same time, I was there on Tuesday morning - you'd think they would have called me with the results before FRIDAY!!

Let's Dish!

So, today was actually a really good day. Tonight, Heather and I made an appointment to go to Let's Dish. For those of you who don't know about Let's Dish, it is a place you go to prep meals that you store in the freezer and then heat up when needed. The food is all fresh - they have it prepped for you, and recipes all written out, and all you have to do is assemble, mix and wrap.

We had a blast! We made a salmon dish to share, and I made a cheesey black bean enchilada dish, and we also shared a calzone dish. I picked up a few side dishes as well, and bought some molten chocolate cakes for dessert.

No puking today, so all in all, a good day!

Throwing up again

Today was not a good day. I started the morning off with far less nausea than I've had . . . until about 3:00 pm. Then, it all went bad, and I spent the afternoon hugging the toilet. Hello morning sickness . . . .

I've also been exhausted and just feeling crampy. Again - no complaints - I just hope this baby grows strong and healthy!
